0932: Rear-yard has storage unit used as a shop. Son is doing some wrought iron work for the residence. The 1947 industrial trencher is awaiting on part. Will be moved once part is installed. Activity appears to be an accessory use that is incidental to the residence, ie hobby and home restoration. |
