1327: MET JAMESON WEBB ON SITE IN ALLEYWAY. HE IS THE OCCUPANT AT 2140 N BELL. HE INFORMED ME THAT HE WORKS ON VEHICLES THAT HE OWNS AND A COUPLE OF FRIENDS' VEHICLES. HE SAYS THAT IT IS NOT A BUSINESS. HE WILL FAX COPIES OF TITLES FOR VEHICLES THAT HE OWNS. SEE PHOTOS. |
