09/22/2005 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved Met w/Gary and Brandy Tawney, occupants of the residence. They provided titles of all vehicles with the exception of the 79' Camaro. Brandy informed me they are having title transferred to their names. Gary is not running an auto repair business. He restores cars as a hobby. Informed him that he does have a problem with the storage. See photos. Gave them information about screening and regulations pertaining to storage of materials and JMVs on the property. I will send a letter giving him detailed instructions of what he needs to do to address this problem.
09/20/2005 INSP-FOLLOW UP ZONING ENFORCE Approved 1026: Occupant was not home. Left a message on their voicemail. No changes to the property. Vehicles in side and rear-yard, screened behind fence with slats.
