Met w/Mr. Martin at site. Discussed options and placement of wall. It appears the wall does curve onto the property. See photos. Instructed Mr. Martin to discuss w/Mr. MacNeill on how they wish to settle this. Possibilties for Mr. Martin are to remove wall and place a lien on MacNeill's property or agree to a settlement. Will F/U with them upon Mr. MacNeill return on August 20. |
