I CONFIRMED WITH THE APARTMENT MANAGER THAT THE NAVARROS MOVED OUT OF THE COMPLEX AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ALLOWED A BUSINESS TO OPERATE OUT OF ONE OF THEIR APARTMENTS. CASE CLOSED. |
