1. There shall be a sign placed at the exit stating "These doors to remain unlocked when building is occupied" facing the egress side on front door.
2. Rear door to be clear and have a thumb latch.
Exit signs:
TFC 1011.1 Where required.
1. Rear door and door leading to the rear door (office) to each have a paper EXIT sign.
TFC 1006.1 Illumination required. The means of egress, including the exit discharge, shall be illuminated at all times the building space served by the means of egress is occupied.
1. Emergency lighting shall be installed in the proximity of the rear exit.
2. South emergency lights shall be operational.
3. Front Exit sign to be lit at all times.
