11/16/2005 INSP - FULL Violation 1). Currently there is a 4x4 (aprox) section of dry wall that is missing in the operations area, exposing protected electrical wiring behind the wall. When I interviewed employee in the area, what caused this large and dangerous destruction, he indicated that "somebody was slammed into it"
Upon leaving suite 200, it was observed a type of wrestling match was beginning between two employees.
This practice and the damaged caused by this activity is a very dangerous in all buildings and shall cease.

Dry wall shall be repaired IFC 703.1

2). Currently surge protectors (power tap) are being plugged into each other, this is violation of IFC 605.1. Power taps and surge protectors shall be plugged into approved receptacle, into a wall outlet only. This violation shall be abated upon receipt of this report.

3). Trash in 55-gallon trash barrel is excessive and shall be removed daily. IFC 304.2

4). Fire stopping has been removed from utility, UL Listed fire stopping shall be re applied, and proof of UL listing shall be given to building management.
