Front exit door shall have an illuminated exit sign installed 1008.1,8.4/ 1008.1.8.3 #2.2 Exits shall be openable from the inside without use of a key or speacial knowledge: Currently the rear exit has a gate installed with a double-ley locking device. 605.3/ 605.1 THe electrical panel in the hpone room shall have a blank installed where the breakwer is missing. 703.1 Fire resistive construction shall be maintained. Replace the ceiling tile in the bathroom. 3003.3 Compressed gas cylinders shall be secure against accidental dislodgement. 906.7 Fire extinguishers shall be properly mounted. Currently the extinguisher in the kitchen is sitting on the floor. Notes: Hood sytem and been serviced. Filters are also clean. CofO is properly posted (OL=89) |
