05/14/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued Windows have been completed, only a couple of signs need to be installed. Electrical inspector has noted several issues during an inspection request, most of which have been addressed. Motion filed to give 30 day extension to be completed, waiting to hear from city prosecutor.
05/03/2007 INSP - REINSPECTION Continued Site inspection to identify where exit signs and emergency lighting should be placed. Fireload is at acceptable quantities. Windows still need to be opened and some electrical issues addressed.
10/24/2006 INSP - REINSPECTION Correction Required A reinspection of the premises showed that most items have not been corrected that were issued with the pre-citation. There were many other new violations, mostly with electrical and egress issues.
Owner was informed that this was going to city legal. I took pictures of each violation.
