Mr Ronis owns the McDonalds near the Uof A Speedway and Cherry. according to Mr. Ronis there frequent use of the restaruants bathroom is to shoot up drugs with needles and iv's currently there is an exit door near the bathrooms that possibly is not required, it has panic hardware and a double keyed deadbolt, Mr Ronis would like permission to keep door locked with double keyed deadbolt on the door with panic hardware near the restrooms. when marshall 27 was on site today Mr Ronis asked for assistance, Marchal 27 pulled plans downtown but was unable to determine if exit is required because of damaged microfilm. Mr Ronis stated he does have plans of the building. |
