9). Kitchen window. Currently this window serves the exit stairwell, and it is now open with a screen. The window shall conform to the following IFC code requirements:
1019.1.1 Openings and penetrations. Exit enclosure requirements
of Section 715 of the International Building Code. Except as permitted in Section 402.4.6 of the International Building Code, openings in exit enclosures other than unexposed exterior openings shall be limited to those necessary for exit access to the enclosure from normally occupied
spaces and for egress from the enclosure. While interior exit enclosures are extended to the exterior of a building by an exit passageway, the door assembly from
the exit enclosure to the exit passageway shall be protected
by a fire door conforming to the requirements in Section 715.3 of the International Building Code. Fire door assemblies in exit enclosures shall comply with Section 715.3.4 of the International Building Code.
1019.1.2 Penetrations. Penetrations into and openings
through an exit enclosure are prohibited except for required
exit doors, equipment and ductwork necessary for independent
pressurization, sprinkler piping, standpipes, electrical raceway for fire department communication and electrical raceway serving the exit enclosure and terminating at a steel box not exceeding 16 square inches (0.010m2). Such penetrations shall be protected in accordance with
Section 712 of the International Building Code. There shall be no penetrations or communication openings, whether protected or not, between adjacent exit enclosures.

The original separation in this vertical exit shall be reinstalled as per approved plans.

10). Small kitchen: During the inspection, it was noticed that radio cord was wrapped around manual activation for hood system, This practice shall cease immediately. Future violations will be subject to immediate civil litigation. Cord was removed. IFC 901.6
11). Repair holes in small kitchen. IFC 703.1
12). Excess grease has accumulated around links. This shall be cleaned. IFC 904.11.6.4

703.2.2 Hold-open devices and closers. Hold-open devices and automatic door closers, where provided, shall be maintained. During the period that such device is out of service for repairs, the door it operates shall remain in the closed position.
15). 3rd floor housekeeping. Door closure to laundry shute shall be reinstalled. IFC 703.2.2
