This is in violation of City of Tucson Pool and Spa Code, which states: "All gates shall be self closing and self latching, with the latch at least 54 inches above the walking surface". Panic hardware shall be removed from it present location on gate, immediately. TFC 110.1.1 this is an unsafe condition. There are at least 3 of these violations. |
