| 06/13/2005 | VIOL - PRECAUTION AGAINST FIRE | Violation | On 5-25-05, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 850 East Ohio, Suite 24 in Tucson, Arizona . On 6-10-05, a re-inspection was conducted and the following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). On that date unauthorized open burning was being done inside of building. The Tucson Fire Code states: 307.3 Location. The location for open burning shall not be less than 50 feet (15 240 mm) from any structure, and provisions shall be made to prevent the fire from spreading to within 50 feet (15 240 mm) of any structure. Exceptions: 1. Fires in approved containers that are not less than 15 feet (4572 mm) from a structure. 2. The minimum required distance from a structure shall be 25 feet (7620 mm) where the pile size is 3 feet (914 mm) or less in diameter and 2 feet (610 mm) or less in height. All open burning shall be 25 feet from building. |
