This is an apartment complex under construction. Construction permits are current. Construction has temporarily stopped due to financial problems. Hydrant was found blocked by fence, and trailer was found to be blocking roadway. Wood piles are not required to be any further from the building. Fence was ordered to be moved so as to not block the hydrant, and trailer was ordered to be moved so as to not block the roadway. |
