The fire department connection shall be restored to original silver chrome finish, and a sign shall be placed over connection reading "FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTION", which shall be readable from the street. TFC Appendix 3-C

This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by 5-29-05.
A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
