Each hose connection must be planly ID above the flange. 3' clearance must be maintained around the hose connection above the flange. TFC 2003 {NFPA 14} Each hose connection shall have a conspicous signthat reads " manual standpipe for fire department use only" or the closest hose connection to the enterance can be signed and the other hose connection can be seen and clearly ID as hose connections, then the remaing conection can be excluded from the sign requierment. TFC 2003 (NFPA 14-6.3.5.2 } FDC must have a sign planly visable that reads "Standpipe" TFC 2003 Sec. 503.3 Fire access roads will be signed as no parking and a tow-away zone See atteched Appendix D No parking signs at hydrant and FDC. The area between and 20' around the FDC and hydrant is a fire lanes, and is subject to be towed away TFC 2003 505.1 Addressing The address 3057 N Gaia Pl is shown as 2926 W goret RD.
