| 04/20/2005 | INSP - FULL | Violation | On 4-19-05 a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 335 N Wilmot in Tucson Arizona. The attached letter is your fire inspection report. In summary, the following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: 1). Fire sprinkler test and inspection report shall be submitted to TFD and all required repairs to be completed. TFC 901.6 2). Fire alarm system shall be tested and report submitted to TFD. All required repairs shall be completed. TFC 901.6 3). Fire drill required. Date to be determined by 5-19-05 TFC 404.2 4). Emergency generator log shall be submitted for both 333 and 335 N Wilmot. TFC 604.3.2 5). Door closures are being blocked open and shall be maintained in 515 and 510. All doors with door closures shall not be blocked open. The TFC requires: 703.2.2 Hold-open devices and closers. Hold-open devices and automatic door closers, where provided, shall be maintained. During the period that such device is out of service for repairs, the door it operates shall remain in the closed position. 6). Smoke detector holes in Suite 300. These holes shall be repaired or smoke detectors replaced shall be replaced. TFC 901.6 7). All combustible material shall be removed from electrical rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. TFC 315.2.3 8). Pre action system shall be tested and report submitted to TFD. TFC 901.6 9). Exit light out of service. Shall be repaired. 1026.3 10). Bank safe 1st floor.: Due to the safe being non sprinklered, all combustibles material shall be placed in metal cabinets or removed. 11). Mechanical room 1st floor.
