Talked to Mr. Fung (owner) inspection was done by first protection 04/15/2005, problems noticed on report was missing FDC caps and top gauge needs changing. Also grease built up on two heads in kitchen area, Mr. Fung had cleaned heads. Mr. Fung is waiting for bid from First Protection on repairs. |
