Called mike Oaks of Old Pueblo Traders asked if United fire wired the bell on a dedicated circuit, he did not know but will get back with about it. I advised him that I will need to see the bell work and make sure it is wired right.
02/24/2005 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS Approved Inspection test was done on alarm bell no problems.
02/04/2005 VIOL - FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS Correction Required TFC 901.6 Fire protection systems. Fire sprinkler systems shall be maintian at all times.
Received sprinkler report from united fire stating the following:
1. Horizontal post indicating valve seems to have not been installed correctly. No bolts in the outside plate.
2. Water gong non operable leaking retard chamber.
