TFC 111.2- Issuance. A stop work order shall be in writing and shall be given to the owner of the property, or to the owner's agent or to the person doing the work. Upon issuance of a stop work order, the cited work shall immediately cease. The current illegal fueling operation conducted at Tucson Recycling and Waste Services shall cease and desist immediately. All non-permitted ASTs shall be pumped free of all flammable/combustible liquids and secured against use and tampering. |
