01/10/2005 COMPL - INITIAL INSPECTION Violation On this date, at 10:00 am, an inspection of the premises of this complex was conducted. In attendance was, Officer Corrales, Tucson Police.

1). Apartments 1141,1125, 2142,1108, 1185, are unsecured, and several windows are broken with shards of glass in every apartment. Inside each apartment is items such as, burned cigarettes, burned paper, matches, and other combustible debris, such as used and soiled clothing, and excess paper. There are many items to suggest that these apartments are being used for drug activity. Each of these apartments have had unauthorized occupants and evidence indicates that these apartments have been used for other purposes (than residential uses) for a long period of time.

At this time I am declaring under authority of TFC 110.1.1., these apartments to be unsafe and hazards are imminent. These hazards shall be secured and all combustible items removed by 1-10-05, at 4 p.m., or litigation may be stated.
All vacant apartments shall be secured and all combustible debris shall be removed from all vacant, or abandoned apartments.
