VISITED THE RESTAURANT, AND WAS TOLD I COULD FIND WAYNE NEXT DOOR UPSTAIRS IN THE OFFICE. KNOCKED ON DOOR AND WAITED SOME TIME UNTIL PERSON ON PHONE ANSWERED THE DOOR. I WAS GREETED BY WAYNE HALLQUIST AND EXPLAINED WHO I WAS AND WHY I WAS THERE. THE REASON FOR HAND-DELIVERING WAS SO I COULD THOROUGHLY EXPLAIN TO MR HELLQUIST ABOUT THE ORIGINAL VANS NOV, THAT DNR WOULD BE ACTING ON THAT NOV AND IN ADDITION WE WERE ISSUING ANOTHER NOV ON ADDITIONAL ISSUES FOUND AT THE PROPERTY THAT HAVE BECOME A PROBLEM. MR HALLQUIST WROTE DOWN EVERYTHING I TOLD HIM THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO ABATE THE ISSUES, SIGNED & DATED NOV, MENTIONED HE HOPED TO ABATE ALL ISSUES WITHIN 14 DAYS. NO PICTURES TAKEN!!
05/05/2006 VANS FOLLOW UP INSP Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND WINDOWS AND DOORS TO BE SECURED EXCEPT FOR BROKEN WEST WINDOW PANE, AND REAR DOOR NOT HUNG IN PLACE. PROPERTY HAS CONTINUED TO BE LET GO AND CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY HAS WORSENED. OWNER HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO KEEP PROPERTY MAINTAINED. NOV WAS RETURNED UNCLAIMED. DNR INSPECTOR WILL ATTEMPT TO DELIVER NOV TO OWNER NOW THAT OWNER HAS BEEN LOCATED. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH CECI CRUZ AND RICK SALDATE. ADDITIONAL VIOLATIONS HAVE PRESENTED THEMSELVES DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE. THOSE EXTERIOR ITEMS ARE AS FOLLOWS: (PICTURES WERE TAKEN)

1) ROOFING IN A DETERIORATING STATE
2) COOLER NOT BEING PROPERLY MAINTAINED
3) PAINT ON WALLS PEELING AND FLAKING
4) ALL EXPOSED WOOD SURFACES DETERIORATING DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND PAINT.
5) FRONT PORCH POSTS DETERIORATING AND POSTS HAVE COME DETACHED AT THE BASE (NOT PROPERLY SUPPORING THE PORCH)
6) ATTIC VENTS WEST SIDE IS MISSING SOUTH VENT ALSO
7) REAR PORCH DETERIORATING, BEAM (4X4) SAGGING, PLYWOOD MISSING, ROOFING MISSING, POSTS & RAFTERS DETERIORATING DUE TO LACK OF MAINTENANCE

03/13/2006 VANS FOLLOW UP INSP Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND STRUCTURE HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE MY 30 DAY FW/UP. FOUND SOME TRASH AND DEBRIS ON THE EAST SIDE OF PROPERTY, BUT FOR THE MOST PART THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN KEPT CLEAN. THERE IS STILL POWER TO THE STRUCTURE. WINDOW ON WEST SIDE IS STILL BROKEN, REAR DOOR NOT PROPERTLY SECURED. AND THERE IS STILL A TV ON IN THE REAR BEDROOM. APPEARS THAT SOMEONE IS STAYING INSIDE THE HSE.

PRIOR TO VISITING SITE, I TRIED TO CONTACT WAYNE HALLQUIST RECEIVED A WORKER AT EL MOLINITO WHO MENTIONED SHE WOULD HAVE WAYNE RETURN MY CALL.

RECD A CALL FROM ARCHITECT/BUILDER WHO WAS PRESENTLY DOING AN ADDITION AT THE PANTANO EL MOLINITO WHO CALLED THINKING THIS CONCERNED THE ADDITION, HE GAVE ME WAYNE'S DIRECT PHONE#. CALLED WAYNE WHO MENTIONED HE HAD RECD 180 DAY LETER AND SAID STRUCTURE IS B EING OCCUPIED, TOOK OFF BOARD UP AND ALSO USING PART OF STRUCTURE FOR STORAGE. I EXPLD TO WAYNE I WOULD NEED TO SPEAK WITH SUPV AND THEN GET BACK W/HIM. PICTURES WERE TAKEN OF THE PROPERTY.
12/29/2005 VANS FOLLOW UP INSP Approved UNIT FOUND OPEN AND UNSECURED ; FRONT DOOR TO WEST UNIT WAS FOUND UNLOCKED, ALLOWING ENTRY INTO THE STRUCTURE AND INSPECTORS WERE THEN ABLE TO FIND THERE WAY INTO THE EAST SIDE- SECTION OF STRUCTURE.
2. HAZZARDOUS ELECTRICAL ; POWER HAS BEEN CUT TO THE UNIT M HOWEVER THE EECTRIC RANGE HAS BEEN WORED DIRECTLY, WIRING LEFT EXPOSED FROM THE CEILING WHERE IT ENTERIES THE UNIT TO THE STOVE" CONNECTION' HAZZARD WIRING THROUGH OUT THE STRUCTURE EXPOSED, WIRE CONNECTIONS UNSECURE CONDUIT , OPEN , EXPOSED BOXES & WIRING INSIDE BOXES.
3. WORK WIHOUT PERMITS: STRUCTURE OR PORCH AT THE N/E PORTION OF THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEEN ADDED OE ENCLOSED AND LEFT UNFINISHED.
4.PLUMBING SYSTEM: HOTWATER HEATE IN THE KITCHEN NEXT TO STOVE MUST BE PLACED OR STRUCTURE IN ITS OWN CONFINED SPACE. NHARTMAN
