STILL HAS SOME LEAKS, CLOSET WALLS DRYWALL HAS BEEN REMOVED ABOUT THREE FEET IN HEIGHT FROM THE FLOOR, BATH/SHOWER FLOOR BROKEN UP, HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED OUT OR DUG DOWN TO PIPING, JUST BROKEN UP. OCCUPANT CANNOT USE SHOWER. ALL GAS PIPING TO STOVE HAS BEEN REMOVED, OCCUPANT CANNOT COOK WITH STOVE, EXPLAINED TO OWNER HE NEEDS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES ASAP. EXPLAINED TO JOHN HE NEEDS TO CALL A PLUMBER AND GET THE SHOWER BACK IN USE, ALSO THE STOVE. JOHN STATED HE WOULD, EXPLAINED TO JOHN I WILL BE BACK EARLY NEXT WEEK, AND THESE ITEMS ARE TO BE CORRECTED.
