THEN GRADE STEPPED DOWN INTO ADDITIONAL ROOMS 2 STEPS DOWN INTO ADDITION CHANGE IN MATERIALS AGAIN BOTH WERE ADDED BETWEEN 2 BEDROOMS ACROSS THE HALL LOOKED LIKE AN EXISITNG STRUCTURE, FOUND 2 BATHROOMS ADDED, OWNER PROCEDDED THE PERMIT FOR ADDED BATHROOMS.
WALKED AND TOOK PICTURES OF ENTIRE HOUSE, CHECKED ELECTRICAL IN EVERY ROOM, FOUND NO IMMEDIATE HAZARDS. ELECTRICAL OUTLETS ALL CHECKED OUT OK, SWITCHES AND FIXTURES ALL OK. CHECKED PANEL-OK HOWEVER MAY NEED A SERVICE UPGRADE
INTERIOR PLUMBING OK AS WELL AS INTERIOR FEATURES. CALLED INSP II EXPLAINED SITUATION/EXPLAINED I WAS LOOKING AT WORK WITHOUT PERMITS AND PERHAPS A NECCESSARY ELECTRICAL UPGRADE, RICK AGREED THAT I WAS HEADING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND IF A 2ND INSPECTION WAS NECESSARY WE COULD REQUIRE IT. OWNER ANDY ASKED WHAT HAPPENS FROM HERE- I EXPLAINED WE WOULD RE-INSPECT THE ELECTRICAL/ CHECK FOR PERMITS AND BASICALLY GIVE HIM A CALL WITH OUT FINDINGS.
10/28/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, KNOCKED ON FRONT DOOR-FRONT DOOR FELL OPEN-RECIEVED NO ANSWER. KNOCKED ON REAR DOOR, RECIEVED NO ANSWER. LEFT "NO ONE HOME" LETTER ON FRONT AND BACK DOOR. WALKED ENTIRE PROPERTY, DID APPEAR THAT ORIGINAL HAOUSE HAD BEEN ADDED INTO. REAR OR WEST OF HOUSE HAD ADDITIONAL ROOMS. FOUR CARS PARKED IN REAR OF PROPERTY. ELECTRICAL PANEL WAS 1 100 AMP PANEL, LOOKED NEW, BUT STRUCTURE NEEDS A LEAST 200 AMP SERVICE WITH ROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED.
