I ASKED IF HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT AND SHE STATED THAT THE LIGHT IN THE KITCHEN AREA KEEPS FLICKERING AND SOMETIMES GOING OFF. I ASKED TO LOOK AT UNIT AND SHE LET ME IN. WHILE DOING THE INSPECTION FOUND THESE VIOLATION, NO SMOKE DETECTOR, ELECTRICAL OUTLETS HAVE REVERSED WIRES ON GROUNDED OUTLETS, KITCHEN LIGHT FLICKERS, MAIN ELECTRICAL SUB-PANEL NEEDS BLANKS AND HAS SHARP EDGES ON MADE UP COVER FOR SUB-PANEL, TILE FALLING OFF AT TUB AND SHOWER SURROUND, FLOOR BASE BROKEN IN VANITY IN BATHROOM, FAN NOT WORKING IN LIVING ROOM AT CONTROL, OUTLETS NOT GFCI IN KITCHEN SINK AREA. LEFT SITE TO RESEARCH RECORDS DUE TO WHEN LEAVING THE SITE, IT APPEARS THAT THE REAR UNIT HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM A GARAGE TO LIVING SPACE. RECORDS SHOW NOTHING ON REAR UNIT BEING CHANGED FROM GARAGE TO LIVIABLE SPACE. WENT TO PIMA COUNTY SEWER AND FOUND NO RECORDS. WENT TO PIMA COUNTY WASTEWATER AND TALK TO YVONNE SUARES AND FOUND NO RECORDS. SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND OF EXTRAS FIXTURES ADDED. ON THE ASSESSOR RECORDS DID FIND WHERE THE REAR UNIT WAS CHANGED TO A RENTAL UNIT IN 1986. I DID ADVISE YVONNE THAT I WOULD BE IN THE FRONT UNIT ON THURSDAY AND WOULD LET HER KNOW WHAT IN THE UNIT.
