10 BUNGALO TYPE STRUCTURES, 1 TRAVEL TRAILER BEHIND POSSIBLE 2 BEDROOM STRUCTURE, APPEARS 2 SEPARATE PROPERTIES ARE OWNED BY THE SAME PEOPLE. SEVERAL ELECTRICAL VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND THROUGH OUT PROPERTY. WORK WITHOUT PERMITS ALSO EXIST , SUCH AS ENCLOSEURE OF PORCHES. TENANT ALLOWED ENTRY INTO UNIT NUMBER 28 FOUND EVIDENCE OF HOT WATER HEATER BEING REMOVED AND INSTALLED OUTSIDE OF STRUCTURE. ENCLOSURES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED, PLUMBING VIOLATION S ALSO PRESENT, DETERIORATED HOT WATER HEATER USE OF UNAPPROVED WATER SUPPLY LINES, GAS PIPING LACKING SECUREMENT TO WALLS POSSIBLE WORK WITHOUT PERMITS. ELECTRICAL HAZARDS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOXES, SOME ELECTRICAL BOXES SITTING ON GROUND, EXPOSED AND UNPROTECTED ELECTRICAL CONDUCTORS, SUB PANELS LACKING DIRECTORIES AND DEAD FRONT PLATES MISSING AS WELL AS BREAKER BLANK OFF COVERS. 5TH WHEEL TRAILER HAS ILLEGAL CONNECTOR AND APPEARS SEWER HOOKUP HAS BEEN LEAKING, UNAPPROVED WATER LINES RUN APPROXIMATELY 12 FEET ABOVE GROUND. WILL ADVISE INSPECTOR II OF WALK THROUGH ASSESMENT AND SCHEDULE MORE THOROUGH INSPECTION TO INCLUDE ROOF. |
