12/01/2005	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	I received a TPD call, stating that the boarded-up property had been breached and TPD is requesting a reboarding. A check of records indicate that the original owners are deceased and the son is now the new owner. I called this new contact and left a message of impending action. I will go to the Palomas address to see if I could make contact and then go and confirm the breach. After leaving a message w/Anna Ward, she called back and told me that she was not the owner and gave me the name of Irene Amparano. I called this lady and I never received a call back. I went to the site and verified a new breach, so I called the board-up contractor to reboard. I also notified TPD that anyone that is found at property to be arrested w/ the city of tucson as the victim.
10/03/2005	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	A FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION WAS MADE. THE FENCE SURROUNDING THE PROPERTY WITH THE CHAIN AND PADLOCK AT THE ENTRIES WERE ALL INTACT, HOWEVER THERE WAS A BREACH. A) THE CAR AT THE BACKYARD WAS REMOVED, B) THE MAIN FRONT DOOR AFTER THE WROUGHT IRON DOOR WAS FOUND OPEN AND A NEW WINDOW WAS BROKEN AT THE FRONT. I WENT NEXT DOOR TO SEEKING MORE INFORMATION, BUT AGAIN I COULD NOT REACH ANYONE. (515 E. 21ST. ST.). I WENT TO THE OWNERS-OF-RECORD RESIDENCE (64 N. MELWOOD AV.) TO EXPIDITE AN IMMEDIATE SECUREMENT. NO ONE WAS HOME AND I LEFT A "NO ONE HOME" PAPER ALONG W/MY CARD TO CALL ME IMMEDIATELY. A BOARD-UP CONTRACTOR WILL BE CALLED TOMORROW TO PROPERLY SECURE THE HOUSE, UNLESS I RECEIVE GOOD REASON NOT TO. I ALSO REQUESTED THE OFFICE STAFF TO SEND A REFERAL TO ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR THE TRASH AND DEBRIS.
