SHE DID RETURN TO DWELLING, AMINAL CONTROL WAS ACCESSING CAT ISSUE, ALOT OF CATS RUNNING AROUND.
WEST SIDE OF MOBILE HOME EXTERIOR FULL OF TRASH AND DEBRIS, CAT FOOD CONTAINERS, SHOPPING CARTS, REFRIGERATORS, ONE IS BEING USED, OTHER NOT, COOLER DETERIORATED, STAND DETERIORATED, TREE BY FRONT DOOR IMPEDES WALK WAY AND OPENING OF DOOR, ADDITION ADDED TO NORTH END OF MOBILE HOME, LOCKED CAN NOT ENTER.
