GOT PACKET AND REVIEWED CASE AND CALLED PHONE NUMBERS LISTED. I TALK TO DEBBIE A SEC. THAN TALK TO ANTHONY CLOUGHERTY WHO IS RELATED TO THE OWNER AND BUISNESS WHICH WAS ADDRESSING THE STRUCTURE AND THEY THOUGHT THAT THE BUILDING WAS SECURED. ANTHONY WAS GOING TO CHECK ON WORK BEING DONE DUE TO THEY ISSUED A P.O. ON DOING THE WORK. ANTHONY WAS GOING TO CALL BACK ONCE HE GOT INFORMATION. ANTHONY CALLED BACK AND ADVISED THAT CONTRACTOR WAS ON SITE AT APPROX. 11:10 PM. WHEN ARRIVING TO SITE, FOUND PRESIDIO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AND WAS HIRED TO BOARD UP THE BUILDING AND ASK ABOUT THE FENCING. HE SAID ITS IN THE PROCESS BUT WON'T BE DONE UNTIL NEXT WEEK. ADVISED THAT ENTRY POINTS THAT ARE OPENED AT REAR OF PROPERTY NEEDED TO BE SECURED TODAY AND HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE FENCE COMPANY DOING THE FENCE. TOLD RICK ERNST FROM PRESIDIO CONSTRUCTION THAT HE HAD 2 HOURS TO FIND OUT IF FENCE COMPANY COULD SECURE THE PROPERTY AND IF NOT, THAT THE CITY WAS GOING TO USE THE FENCE COMPANY ON CONTRACT FOR THE CITY TO INSTALL TEMPORY FENCING ON OPENED PORTIONS. LEFT SITE AT 11:30 AM.
ARRIVE BACK TO SITE AT 1:30 PM AND ORTA FENCING COMPANY WAS ON SITE AND WENT OVER ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE SECURED BY TODAY. ORTA FENCING SAID IT WOULD BE DONE BY 3:30 PM. FENCING WAS DONE BY 4:00 PM. ADVISED WORKERS FOR PRESIDIO CONSTRUCTION THAT ONCE THE BOTTOM LEVEL IS SECURED, WE COULD LEAVE SITE. LEFT SITE AT 5:30 PM. WENT TO OFFICE AND MET WITH RICK SALDATE ON PROGRESS. WILL CHECK TOMORROW AFTER 12:00 PM.
08/01/2005 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved ARRIVED AT 1102 W. GRANT RD.,ASSESSED SITE. ALL ENTRANCES AND EGRESS DOORS WERE OPENED,DAMAGED,OR REMOVED.MULTIPLE WINDOWS ARE BROKEN AND BEING USED AS ENTRANCE POINTS. WALKED PERIMITER OF COMPLEX.SEVERAL WALLS AND FENCES ARE DOWN AND BEING USED AS ENTRANCE POINTS TO GET INTO COMPLEX.
TRASH DEBRIS IN YARD AND WEEDS APPROXIMATELY 18" IN HEIGHT AROUND PERIMITER.
CALLED FLIP WEBER,AND GAVE ME PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT OWNER.CONTACTED DEBBIE(SECRETARY) AND TRIED BERNIE'S CELL -OUT TO LUNCH AND WILL CALL BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
VEHICLE WAS OUT FRONT (FOR SALE) AZ. # 042-MFF EXP 03-2005.CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE HAVE THEM CONTACT ME OR HAVE VEHICLE REMOVED FROM SITE.WAS CONTACTED BY OWNER OF VEHICLE AND WAS GOING TO REMOVE TODAY.
BERNIE RETURNED CALL AND GAVE HIM SEVERAL PHONE NUMBERS TO DIFFERENT FENCE COMPANYS TO BE USED TO FENCE AND BOARD UP PREMISES.
I GAVE HIM 5 DAYS TO HAVE JOB COMPLETE. BERNIE CALLED BACK ON 07-28-05 AND STATED THAT HE HAD MADE CONTACT WITH FENCE COMPANY AND THAT THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS AT THIS TIME OF REPAIRING FENCE AND BOARDING THE BUILDING AND THAT THE JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED BY TUESDAY 08-02-2005
