VACANT HOUSE IS IN MIDDLE OF REMODEL WHICH INCLUDES EXPANSION OF FIRST FLOOR AND ADDITION OF 2ND FLOOR. 2ND FLOOR HAS WALL FRAMING BEINGN ERECTED WITH BRACING IN PLACE. LST NIGHTS STORM HAS PULLED DOWN WALLS TO WEST THAT ARE IN 2 SECTIONS. THIS SECTION OF WALLS HAVE FALLEN DOWN AND TIED BY CLIPS SO AS NOT TO POSE AS COLLAPSE HAZARD. SECTION TO EAST STILL IN PLACE WITH 2 BRACES, CLIPS AND TIED INTO A NORTH CORNER. ENTIRE (NORTH) FRONT OF LOT IS TAPED OFF WITH CAUTION TAPE AND HAS A LARGE 40 GALLON DUMPSTER BETWEEN HOUSE AND STREET. STRUNG ADDITIONAL TAPE FROM NEIGHBOR TO WEST TO STRUCTURE, ISOLATING ANY ENTRY, INSTRUCTED WEST NEIGHBORS AND NEIGHBOR ACROSS STREET OF KEEPING CLEAR TO CAUTION TAPE. WILL CONTACT DNR.
