WHILE TALKING TO THE TENANT, THEIR WAS VIOLATION FOUND THAT NEEDED CORRECTION. VIOLATION FOUND WERE NO WORKING SMOKE DETECTOR, FRONT DOOR NOT SEALED, LIGHT FIXTURES WERE MISSING GLOBES, WINDOWS HAVE NO CRANKS, LOCKS NOT WORKING, CASEMENT WINDOWS HAVE BEEN BOLTED SHUT AND HAVE BROKEN PANES, BATHROOM HAS A BROKEN VANITY, KITCHEN COUNTER TOP NOT SEALED ON ALL EDGES, CEILING LEAKING FROM ROOF LEAK, ROACHES THRU OUT UNIT AND CARPET ARE TRIP HAZARD. UNIT IS A ONE ROOM STUDIO AND ONE BATHROOM. DID MEET WITH MANAGEMENT ON SITE TO GO OVER VIOLATION AND THEY WILL ADDRESS ISSUES AND HAS BUG SPRAY SET FOR 8-02-05 BETWEEN 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. MANAGEMENT IS STATING THAT THEY ARE IN THE EVICTION PROCESS OF THIS TENANT AND I DID STATE THAT THESE ITEMS STILL NEED TO BE ADDRESS EVEN THOU HE IS BEING EVICTED. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. |
