06/16/2005 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required VISITED SITE AND TENT IS VACANT BUT STILL HAS ITEMS INSIDE. TALK TO DAUGHTER AND MOTHER AND THEY HAVE NOT SEEN THE SON FOR AWHILE DUE TO STAYING WITH A FRIEND. ADVISED THAT I WOULD BE BACK AFTER THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND AND TENT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. OWNER STATED GOING OUT OF TOWN AND WON'T BE BACK UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I WILL CHECK THEN. FOLLOW UP 7-14-05.
05/31/2005 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required Visited site and found TV and stero out side of tent but TV was still connected to cord which was out side the tent. This is still a violation and had no signs of working for TV being connected. Advise the son Toby to use cord for working purposes and not for TV only which appeared to be doing at time of visit. Met with the homeowner to advise what the son was told and allowed for the extension cord to be dissconnected. Will stop by in 2 weeks to check the status of moving unit off the property and son to other site. Cord removed and left the property. Jerry Orta, inspector C-15 was also at visit. Pictures were taken.
