| 11/01/2005 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Correction Required | Mr. Jeff Smith, co-owner of this apartment called that he was ready for a reinspection as I had requested--- prior to re-occupying. The condition of the unit was very good as compared to my original inspection. The owner did a considerable amount of work to the unit. My inspection did reveal some minimum code violations, which in part, I verbally told the owner in order for him to get a head start on the repairs. A formal and concise notice will be mailed to the owner. |
