ENTER UNIT BELOW 531 DUE TO EXTENSIVE CONSTRUCTION BEING CONDUCTED IN THAT UNIT, DENNIS MENTIONED THAT NEW A/C UNITS WERE REPLACING COOLERS IN ALL UNITS. NEW DUCT WORK WAS BEING ADDED, ELECTRICAL WAS BEING UPGRADED, NEW DRYWALL-DRYWALL BEING REPLACED AND NEW ROOF HAS ALSO BEEN ADDED. MR. DECKER METIONED HE HAD BECOME AWARE THAT UNITS (4PLEX) NEEDED QUITE A BIT OF WORK. SECURED BIDS FOR ALL THE DIFFERENT PROJECTS AND THEN CAME INTO TOWN WHILE WORK WAS BEING DONE. ASKED IF PERMITS HAD BEEN SECURED FOR NEW A/C UNITS AND WATER HEATER CHANGEOUTS, ELECTRICAL ETC.... AND DENNIS WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY CONTRACTORS AND STACY SWARTZ (PROPERTY MANAGER) BUT MENTIONED HE WOULD CHECK TO BE SURE PERMITS WERE SECURED. WILL FOLLOW UP WITH STACY AND CHECK PERMITS PLUS. DENNIS MENTIONED BECAUSE OF ALL THE ADDITIONAL WORK BEING DONE, AN EXTENSION WOULD BE NEEDED. GRANTED EXTENSION DUE TO SOME OF THE WORK IS ABABTED BECAUSE OF UPGRADES BY OWNER. ASKED OWNER TO PLEASE NOTIFY DNR PRIOR TO REOCCUPYING UNITS. DENNIS MENTIONED HE WOULD HAVE STACY CONTACT DNR. NO PICTURES TAKEN.

ASKED IF I WOULD WALK TO STREET AND LOOK AT ROOF,THAT FELL OFF THE ROOF. i WILL WALK THE EXTERIOR OF UNIT 1ST. FINDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:

EXTERIOR STRUCTURE SOUTH SIDE SHOWS LARGE CRAKCS PERHAPS WHERE STUCCO IS PULLING AWAY(BUBBLING OF STUCCO)AND WINDOW POP OUTS 2ND FLOOR WINDOW HAS DETORIATION.
FACIA ON S/W CORNER OF HOUSE HAS DETORIATION AND IS FALLING OFF
TREE NEEDS TO BE TRIMMED N/E CORNER SO AS NOT TO DAMAMGE ROOF.
NORTHSIDE/ CNETER STUCCO IS PULLING AWAY FROM HOUSE.

CALLED PROPERTY MANAGER STACEY, STACEY COULD NOT BE REACHED BY HER SECRETARY ON CELL PHONE, I LEFT A MESSAGE ON HER VOICEMAIL ASKING SHE PLEASE CONTACT, LEFT CONTACT NUMBER. UPON ARRIVAL I KNOCKED ON DOOR, NO ANSWER, LEFT A BUSINESS CARD IN DOOR WITH CONTACT NUMBERS AND AMESSAGE TO PLEASE CALL, TOOK PICTURE. KNOCKED ON NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES UNITS 527, 529, AND 533, RECEIVED NO ANSWERS. WILL RE-SCHEDULE AND FOLLOW-UP.

5/26/05 AM MADE CONTACT WITH TENANT MAX WHO ALLOWED AN INSPECTION TO BE SCHEDULED FOR THIS SAME DAY BEFORE NOON.
