DOOR WINDOW BROKEN OUT, SO SOMEONE COULD PLACE THERE ARM IN TO OPEN DOOR. CIGARETTE BUDS AND ASHES ON GROUND AND IN CANS NEXT TO COACH. FIRE HAZARD. NO SMOKE DETECTORS, NO ELECTRICITY, NO WATER, NO GAS PRESENT. FECAS IN TOILET,NOT ABLE TO FLUSH. DECICION MADE TO HAVE HOME BOARDED UP DUE TO DENNIS RETURNING TO PROPERTY DAILY. BATHCREST PHONED. BEE MASTERS CALLED FOR WASPS.ERIC ROOM, BATHCREST, ON SITE TO BOARD UP. WASPS REMOVED BY NORTHWEST. THEY STATED OVER 100. | |

WILL NOT MOUNTED TO GROUND, PLACE ON TOP OF CONCRETE BLOCKS. INTERIOR: TRAILER HAS TRASH & DEBRIS THROUGHOUT INTERIOR OF LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN. DEBRIS IS PILED UP TO 6 FT IN KITCHEN, DEBRIS INCLUDES HOUSE HOLD TRASH, CIGARETTES BUDS, COFFEE CANS, EMPTY FOOD & BEV. CONTAINERS. BAGS OF TRASH OPENED & THROWN THROUGHOUT KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM. KITCHEN: GAS STOVE PILOT NOT LIT. TRASH PILED ON TOP. CANNOT COOK ON STOVE. T/D IN SINK PREVENT OWNER FROM CLEANING ROACHES & MICE THROUGHOUT LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN. EGRESS BLOCKED DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF DEBRIS IN LIVING ROOM. HALLWAY LINED WITH DEBRIS MAKING TRIP HAZARD FOR OCCUPANT TO ESCAPE IN CASE OF PANIC OR FIRE.
