ARRIVED AT HOUSE FOUND 90% OF WINDOWS BROKEN OUT OF HOME. WASTE MANAGEMENT ROLL OFF IN DRIVE. NEIGHBOR @ 4740 CAME OUT TO DISCUSS THEIR CONCERNS RANGING FROM GANGS TO FIRE IN HOME COULD HAPPEN. STATED THEY CALLE WARD OFFICE AND T.P.D. INSPECTION OF INTERIOR FOUND CARPORT DOOR WIDE OPEN WITH PIANO AND CABINETS INSIDE. INTERIOR TILE BEING DONE IN RESTROOMS. *RESTORATION BEING DONE BUT NO SECURITY DONE. REAR DOOR WINDOWS BROKEN OUT. GATE TO BACKYARD BROKEN & PEOPLE ABLE TO WALK INTO BACKYARD. BACKYARD HAS POOL WITH 3' GATE CHAINLINK WITH WROUGHT IRON GATE. ALSO 5' WROUGHT IRON GATE IN FRONT YARD ON SOUTHSIDE THAT LEADS TO POOL. REAR YARD WITH POOL, 1' TO 2' OF WATER GREEN COLOR. REAR FENCE WOOD PEALING WITH BRICK COLUMNS EVERY 10' TP 20'. 5 OUT OF THE 7 PANELS ARE BROKEN & WOULD ALLOW CHILDREN TO ENTER POOL AREA & FALLEN INTO POOL. CONFIRMED WITH INSP. II. 5:30PM TED HARRISON CALLED STATED HE HAS A PERSON IN ROUTE TO HOUSE TO SECURE PROPERTY & POOL. I STATED TO HIM THAT I HAVE ALLREADY SPOKEN TO CANYON FENCE THEY ARE IN ROUTE TO TO SECURE, HE ASKED FOR HIS OWN COMPANY TO SECURE POOL. HE STAED HE COULD NOT ANSWER PHONE DUE TO HIS WIFE ILLNESS. HE ALSO CALLED ME BACK & STATED HE WILL HAVE TO SEE WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL WOULD BE NEEDED FOR FENCING. I INFORMED HIM THAT THE TYPE OF FENCING TO BE PLACED IN MY OPINION WOULD BE TEMPORARY 6' FENCING AROUND POOL ENTRY AND IF HE HAD ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS TO MEET CODE I WOULD BE OPEN TO THEM. HE ASKED FOR MORE TIME THAT HE WOULD DO WORK TONIGHT. I STATED I COULD NOT LEAVE SCEEN UNTIL POOL IS SECURED, THE HAZARD IS 1' TO 2' OF SUGEST WATER IN POOL & THE UNSECURED & DILAPIDATED FENCE. FENCE FALLING OVER WITH 6" TO 10" HOLES LARGE ENOUGH FOR CHILDREN TO COME THROUGH. HE STATED VANDALISM HAVE BROKEN FENCE. HE ASKED FOR PHONE # OF CANYON FENCE TO ASK WHAT TYPE OF & COST. I GAVE HIM PHONE #. 6:15 PM - TED CALLED ME BACK STATING HE HAS SPOKEN TO CANYON FENCE, HE WILL PAY FOR FENCE THROUGH HIS ACCOUNT OR BY CREDIT CARD. 6:30PM - MIKE FROM CANYON FENCE CALLED TO TELL ME HIS PERSON IS LOADING MATERIAL AND IN ROUTE WITHIN 1 HOUR. STEVE COGAN A WORKER OF TED H. IS ON SITE TO SIGN N.O.V. AND WAIT FOR CONTRACTOR. TED CALLED ME BACK ASKING FOR REASON THE POOL WAS CALLED IN & SUPERVISOR PHONE #. I GAVE HIM INFO. HE WILL CALL RICK. 6:45PM - SPOKE TO RICK S. REGARDING PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH OWNER. 7:30PM - CANYON FENCE ARRIVED TO SECURE FENCE. 9:30PM - FENCE SECURED, POSTED N.O.V. SIGNED BY REP. STEVE.
