LEAH WAS UNAWARE OF ANY VIOLATIONS, MENTIONED THAT THEY HAVE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WALK THE COMPLEX NIGHTLY, AND IF THERE ANY VIOLATIONS MANAGEMENT IS NOTIFIED DIRECTLY. LEAH DIRECTED ME TO THE PLAYGROUND AREA, I WALKED THE COMPLEX.FOUND COMPLEX TO BE WELL KEPT, UPON ARRIVING AT THE PLAYGROUND AREA I FOUND THAT A LIGHT POLE HAD BEEN BROKEN OFF COMPLETELY AT THE BASE OF POLE. THERE WAS A STAKE DRIVEN INTO THE GROUND NEXT TO THE POLE, POLE WAS PLACED UPRIGHT AND HEAVILY TAPED TO THE STAKE TO KEEP LIGHT POLE IN PLACE. STAKE WAS DRIVEN IN AN AREA WHERE THERE WERE ELECTRICAL WIRES, WIRES COULD ONLY BE SEEN WHERE POLE HAD BEEN BROKEN AND REPLACED.
WALKED PLAYGROUND AREA AND ALSO FOUND CABLE SERVICE PANEL ON NORTH STRUCTURE NEXT TO PLAYGROUND AREA HAD A BROKEN PVC RISER AT THE GROUND LEVEL AND THE PANEL ITSELF LOOKED AS IF IT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO. PANEL LACKED WEATHER PROOF DOOR AND LOCKING MECHANISM. NEITHER VIOLATION HAD ANY REAL IMMINENT HAZARDS.
WROTE NOV ON SITE. MET AGAIN WITH LEAH, WENT OVER HOW NOV WORKS, EXLAINED SHE HAD 30 DAYS TO ABATE THE ISSSUES, AT WHICH I WOULD COME OUT AGAIN AND RE-INSPECT. LEAH SIGNED FOR NOV
