OCCUPANT LOREN BEASLEY RETURNED TO PROPERTY AT THIS TIME I DID TALK WITH LOREN AND EXPLAINED ISSUES AND I WOULD BE DOING NOTICE AND ORDER TO REMOVE EXTENSION CORDS AND TO REORGANIZE INTERIOR, LOREN AGREED AND ALSO WAITED ON SITE UNTIL I WAS DONE WITH NOTICE AND ORDER, LOREN DID SIGN NOTICE AND ORDER, HAND DELIVERED TO LOREN, LEFT SITE.
