Visited site, took pictures and met with the property manager Rose Strum. Found that carpet thru out the unit has been replaced with new. Doors in bedroom have been replaced or replaced on tracks. Refrigerator bars on door have been replaced. Knobs on pantry door had been replaced but already had been broken off. Rose Strum property manager replaced knob while on site using a fender washer. All issues have been abated, close case. |
