BECAUSE TEP WAS CALLED OUT TO THE PROPERTY CONCERNING DOMESTIC VIOLANCE, THE WINDOWS HAD BEEN BROKEN, MATTHEW HAD BOARDED UP THE UNIT AND IS WAITING FOR 21 DAY WAITING PROCESS TO REMOVE TENANTS BELONGINGS. WAITING PROCESS WILL BE UP IN A COUPLE DAYS. UNIT IS VACANT AND SECURED PER OWNER. CALLED NUMBER ON INTAKE FORM FOR TENANT, FORMER HUSBAND ANSWERED SAID THAT FORMER WIFE GERTRUDE BROWN DID NOT LIVE WITH HIM, HAS NOT FOR SOME TIME. BELEIVED THAT GERTRUDE NO LONGER LIVED AT 414 S. 3RD AVE., AND THOUGHT SHE MIGHT EVEN BE HOMELESS AT THIS TIME. SAID SHE HAD SOME PROBLEMS AND LEFT IT AT THAT. AGAIN CONTACTED MATTHEW, ASKED HIS INTENTIONS FOR THE UNIT, HE MENTIONED THAT AS SOON AS 21 DAY PROCESS WAS COMPLETE HE WOULD REMOVE TENANTS BELONGING AS THEY ARE STILL AT UNIT AND TENANT HAS MADE NO EFFORT TO REMOVE THEM. ONCE THIS WAS DONE HE WOULD BEGIN RE-HAB OF UNIT TO GET READY FOR RE-RENTING. DNR HAS NO CASE. UNIT IS VACANT AND SECURED. COMPLIANCE/ CASE CLOSED |
