1 EXTERIOR WALLS PLASTER IS CRACKED, SOME SECTIONS HAVE FALLEN AWAY, PAINT SURFACE IS BLISTERING, CRACKED AND CHIPPED AWAY
3 FACISA BOARD ARE BADLY DETERIORATED, ADVACNED WOOD ROT AND SOME SECTIONS HAVE DETACHED FROM ROOF RAFTERS
4 ROOF RAFTERS END ARE IN A STATE OF DELAPIDATION ENDS APPROX 8" HAVE ROTTED AWAY.
5 ROOFING SHINGLES HAVE DETERIORATED INTO A STATE OF DELAPIDATION, ROOF SHINGLES HAVE ROLLED UP AND HAS EXPOSED SHEETING, SHEETING HAS ROTTED AWAY LEAVING GAPS AND EXTENDS THE FULL LEIGHT OF STRUCTURE ( APPROX 40') ASKED OWNER IF HE HAD ANY CEILING DAMAGE ON THE INTERIOR OF UNIT, OWNER RESPONDED NO CURRENT DAMAGE AT THIS TIME, ALSO ASKED IF HE WOULD ALLOW ENTRY INTO THE UNIT HE RESPONDED NO, NOT AT THIS TIME. NO IMMEDIATE HAZARDS WERE FOUND TO WARRANT ENTERING STRUCTURE AT THIS TIME.
WEATHER PROOFING
1 FOUND ONE BROKEN WINDOW ON SOUTHWEST SIDE OF STRUCTURE.
APPEARS STRUCTURE SITS ON PEDISTAL SYSTEM AND CONTAINS A BASEMENT, ASKED OWNER IF HE WOULD ALLOW ENTRY INTO BASEMENT TO ACCESS FLOOR JOIST. HE RESPONDED NO, NOT AT THIS TIME. BUT PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR LATER TO CONDUCT INSPECTION OF THE BASEMENT.
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
1 EXTERIOR METAL ROOFING HAS PAINTED SURFACE IN A DETERIORATED STATE, PEELING AND CHIPPING OFF.
2 FACICE HAS DETERIORATED PAINT SURFACE, BLISTERING AND FLAKING AWAY.
ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CONTAINED 2 HOT WATER HEATERS AND ARE INOPERABLE AT THIS TIME.HEATERS WERE USED TO HEAT POOL.
UNCLEAR WHEN POOL WAS BUILT , OWNER STATED PROPERTY WAS PURCHASED AROUND 1986 AND POOL WAS EXISTING. POOL NOT IN USE AND IS COVERED BY 2"x4" BASE AND USED TO STORE PLANTS. POOL OPENING IS COMPLETELY COVERED.
CONVERSATION WITH OWNER STATED HIS FATHER HAD BEEN CONTACTED ABOUT PENDING ACTION BY THE CITY OF TUCSON DNR AND HAS BEEN DIRECTED TO DO ALL REPAIRS REQUESTED BY CITY OF TUCSON DNR. OWNER HAS BEGUN PROCESS OF HIRING A GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR REPAIRS. WILL GO OVER CASE WITH INSP 2 FOR CONCERNS WITH ENTRY OF UNIT AND BASEMENT. PICTURES WERE TAKEN
