METERS, 3 GAS METERS, MAIN STRUCTURE LOOKS AS TO HAVE ADDITIONS BUILT ON REAR SIDE PLUS LAUNDRY FACILITY, FACIA BOARD MISSING AND DETERIORATING FRONT STRUCTURE, 3529 N/E WINDOW BROKEN, FENCE ON S/E CORNER DETERIORATED, 1 UNREGISTERED VEHICLE, WHITE STATION WAGON CHRYSLER RELIANT, SOME TRASH & DEBRIS, PORCH TO 3529 HAS WOODEN PORCH W/ FURNISHINGS ON IT, RESIDENT MITCH WAS RELUCTANT TO DISCONNECT EXTENSION CORD, BUT FINALLY AGREED, HAND EXTENSION CORD THROUGH WINDOW, I PULLED UP AND PUT BY DOOR OF WHERE POWER WAS BEING DELIVERED FROM, COULD NOT DISCONNECT FROM INTERIOR, EXPLAINED TO MITCH THAT T.P.D. IS AWARE OF POSTING STRUCTURE UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND IF THEY COME BY AND SEE ELECT. RECONNECTED THEY WILL CONTACT ME, I THEN WILL CALL T.E.P. AND HAVE POWER DISCONNECTED FROM PERSON SUPPLYING THE POWER WHICH WILL RESULT IN ME SHUTTING DOWN THEIR DWELLING, MITCH IS AWARE OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN. WROTE N.O.V. ON SITE / POSTED STRUCTURE, TOOK PICTURES.
ALSO CALLED JUDY KIDNEY TO SEE IF THERE IS A POSSIBILITY TO HELP W/ PLACE TO STAY, JUDY DID EXPLAIN THAT THEY CAN NOT PUT RESIDENTS DUE TO LOST ELECT. FOR NON-PAYMENT AND POSSIBLE OF TAMPERING WITH METER.
