TENANT PRODUCED RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH OPTION TO BUY. TENANT DOES HAVE VIOLATION, DUE TO WASHING MACHINE IS DUMPING GRAY WATER ONTO PROPERTY & IS PUDDLING, NOT DUMPING INTO AN APPROVED DRAIN SYSTEM. ALSO HAS VENT SYS. ALTERATION, CURRENT ABS VENT DOES NOT EXTEND ABOVE ROOF LINE. CURRENT ELECTRICAL LIFE LINE BOX DOES NOT MEET 2 FOOT CLEARANCE FROM GROUND. WILL INFORM R.S. INSP. II FOR DIRECTION ON ELECTRICAL. CONTACTED OWNER & LEFT MESSAGE REQUESTING RETURN CALL, OWNER HAS INSP. INFORMATION FROM PAST DEALING. PICTURES WERE TAKEN.
