DIRECTED TO PAN, DUES NOT EXIT TO EXTERIOR OF UNIT.TALKED WITH RESIDENT, CHARLES,SAID HE HAS BEEN EVICTED. AT THIS TIME STILL LIVING IN UNIT. MANAGER CAREY MENTIONED THAT CONSTABLE WILL BE OUT ON 3/04/05 TO CHANGE LOCKS. CHARLES DID AGREE TO GO DOWN TO OFFICE AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE HEATER INSTALLED. TALKED WITH MANAGER CARRIE, COURT WAS ON 2/25/05, RESIDENTS DID NOT GO. NOUGHTON'S TO BRING OUT NEW HEATER, AIRCO PLUMBING TO DO INSTALL. WILL DO ANOTHER FOLLOW UP ON 3/02/05, AND MEET WITH EXISTING OWNER AT THAT TIME. OBTAINED COPY OF COURT'S PAPER WORK
MET WITH PROSPECTIVE NEW OWNER, CHARLES OLIVER, FROM COSTA MESA, CA., HERE TO INSPECT THE COMPLEX AND VIEW WITH SELLERS AGENT.WENT OVER EXISTING ISSUES WITH MR. OLIVER.

REVISITED SITE, TOOK PICTURES, FOUND NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE TO DOOR. DOOR JAMB STILL BROKEN. RESIDENT WAS AT DWELLING, DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO REPAIR OR HAVE TOOLS TO REPAIR, WENT TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE, KNOCKED ON DOOR NO ONE ANSWERED.
ALSO CHECKED ELECTRIC METER FOR C-5 ELECTRICITY STILL OFF.
CALLED OWNER ARCELLA GEORGES AT 3:45 PM. MENTIONED THAT AT THIS TIME, SHE WAS IN TUCSON PURCHASING ALL EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO TAKE TO SITE FOR UNIT D-2, D-10.
D-10- NEEDED FRONT DOOR JAMS FIXED SO THAT DOOR COULD BE SECURED. PEOPLE STAYING IN UNIT. UNIT POSTED AND POWER STILL NOT RESTORED, FROM PREVIOUS SHUT DOWN POSTING.
D-10 3 DAYS TO FIX WALL FURNACE AND OBTAIN HOT WATER (FIX HOT WATER HEATER). ARCELLA MENTIONED SHE WAS HERE TILL SAT. BACK TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY FOR ALL REPAIRS. SHE CALLED A PLUMBER TOLD THEM OUR REQUIREMENTS AND THAT PLUMBER KNEW AND UNDERSTOOD. (LICENSING ETC.) SAID SHE WOULD BE IN CONTACT WHEN SHE GOT BACK TO TUCSON.
