02/02/2005 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Correction Required HAD GROUP MEETING W/OWNER, MARTIN LOPEZ, MARTIN ROMERO. HEATER THRALL FROM ZONING HAD INSPECTED THE DAY BEFORE. MARTIN ROMERO AND I WENT THROUGH ALL OF THE VIOLATIONS THAT WE HAD NOTED ON OUR INITIAL INSPECTION. MR MC CONLEY WAS EAGER TO COMMENCE ON THE REPAIR AND TO HIRE A LICENSED PLUMBER AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR (WHERE REQUIRED). A NOTICE OF VIOALTIONS WAS ISSUED FOR IMMEDIATE REPAIR NECESSARY FOR UNIT NUMBER 4, SPECIFICALLY REQUIRING A PERMANENT HEAT SOURCE AND THE APPROPRIATE PERMANENT COOKING APPLIANCE. MARTIN LOPEZ OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES ALSO LEFT ITEMS TO BE ABROGATED.
