The monitoring shall be performed by an individual who is qualified in arid lands native plant resource identification and protection as specified in Sec. 3.8.4, General Provisions and Requirements. The monitor shall provide periodic progress reports to the developer outlining the status of work accomplished and any problems encountered. A copy of these reports shall be submitted to the Development Services Department (DSD) for the project file. Monitoring report as to disposition of PIP, TOS, and appropriate mitigation must be submitted prior to C of O approval. |
