06/13/2008 ENGINEERING - FINAL Denied Complete all work. Address punch list dated 6/2/08. Contractor needs to address sidewalk west side of building (sidewalk needs to be 6.5'). Spoke to site super Ryan in regards to all issues.
06/02/2008 ENGINEERING - FINAL Denied This is not a complete punch list. Contractor needs to:
1- Complete all work westside of building.
2- Complete all HC parking.
3- Complete all paving.
4- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction.
5- Remove stockpiled material from site.
6- Fill all open holes in parking area.
7- Provide drainage per approved plan.
8- All items not to be completed need to be deleted from approved drawings at 201 North Stone.
03/27/2008 ENGINEERING - FINAL Correction Required Mety onsite with Ryan went over drawings and north side of project. Contractor does not want to pave north side of project. I told Ryan if they do not want to pave it someone will need to go to 201 N. Stone and have Zoning and Engineering approve.
03/04/2008 ENGINEERING - FINAL Denied Conttractor needs to complete all work.
02/20/2008 ENGINEERING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Clean asphalt, track out. (also west parking area)
2- Clean all wash out around site.
3- Stabilize all areas disturbed by construction before final C of O.
4- Install gates on trash enclosure.
5- Clean existing drainage channel north side of project.
6- Complete all grading to smooth uniform finish.
7- Install stabilized discharge into existing channel.
8- Remove stock pile from parking area.
Spoke to Ryan site super in regards to. This is not a complete punch list.
10/17/2007 ENGINEERING - FINAL Correction Required Met with super on site. Explained that contractor needs to keep up with BMP's for site. I explained I would be back in 14 days to see if site is cleaned. If not cleaned I will issue a correction notice.
10/04/2007 ENGINEERING - FINAL Correction Required Contractor needs to:
1- Clean up all wash out.
2- Sweep asphalt.
Contractor is not using best BMP.
