6- Grade basin per approved plan.
7- Install outlet wier.
8- 2 to 1 side slopes req. rock rip rap on filter fabric.
9- Provide letter from engineer in regards to drainage.
10- Complete grading to basin inlet northeast side of basin.
11- Have 6" pvc pipe on northeast corner of basin approved.
12- Grout rock on all slopes 1 to 1.
13- Backfill all open holes.
14- Backfill back of sidewalk east side of project.
15- Clean up concrete wash out.
16- Have engineer address flow across north side of project.
17- Close out grading permit.
