3- Install east basin per detail on C-2.
4- Engineer needs to address paal on southeast corner. Only 17' wide.
5- Stabilize all areas distrubed by construction.
6- Complete all striping work.
7- Remove all construction debris from site.
8- Provide letter from engineer, per chapter XIV, section 14.2(7). In regards to drainage.
9- Grade northwest corner per approved drawings.
10- Have all changes drawings approved at 201 N. Stone.
11- Address erosion on east side of building.
12- Clean paint wash out in north basin.
13- Address erosion in basin north side of building.
14- Have engineer address standing water in north basin. May need to complete post perk test.
15- Finish painting bollards in trash enclosure.
16- Repair asphalt along curb line (around project).
17- Remove trash dumpster, construction office and port-a-potty from site.
18- Backfill between sidewalk and building south side.
19- install outlet wier for north basin. Per note on C-2.
20- Close out grading permit T05BU00351.
21- Install bike parking per approved plans.
22- Install HC signage per approved plans.
23- Install rip rap, per note 19 on SD-1.
24- Address patch in parking area (HC parking area).
25- If contractor want temp C of O, contractor must submit phased plan for approval by Steve Long and complete all work on approved phase plan.
