3- Remove all loose soil material from wash.
4- Clean wash out from around site.
5- Provide wash out area and ensure use.
6- Post N.O.I. at construction entrance.
7- Contractor needs to provide minimun 1' clear space both side of pipe.

11/15/2007 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Contractor install 2 boxes in east hole. Not per detail.
07/27/2007 GRADING - FINAL Partial Approval Met with Rudy on site, went over wash cut issues. Contractor will needs to:
1- Conduct all work within grading limits. No equipment in wash.
2- Complete first wash cut before starting second.
3- Keep all SWPPP in working order.
01/31/2006 GRADING - FINAL Not ready for Inspection Contractor installing silt fencing per SWPPP. Set per-con for 2/1/06 at 1330 with Rudy Ruiz (591-0485).
01/30/2006 GRADING - FINAL Correction Required Issued Stop Work Oder. BEST grading with no stormwater controls installed.
